Q: Will my name be on the letter as the sender?
A: All letters come from Santa; the purchaser is not mentioned on the letter or envelope. The personalised letter will be sent in a separate envelope which will either be addressed to you (the person ordering it) or the person you would like to present the letter to the child..

Q: Will children in the same family all get the same letter?
A: We have 4 letters with several different messages so that children in the same family will not get the same message from Santa.

Q: When is the best time to order my letter?
A: Now! Christmas is the busiest time for Australia Post. The sooner we receive your order the earlier we can prepare your letter and get it ready to send of when the time is right.

Q: When will my letter arrive?
A: Orders placed prior to November 30 will be sent in early December and should arrive by mid-December. All letters ordered after November 30 will be sent on a weekly basis and will still get to you before Christmas.

Q: What if my letter does not arrive before Christmas?
A: In the unlikely event that your letter gets lost in the mail or arrives late, we offer a full money back guarantee.

Q: Can I send my letter anywhere in the world?
A: Yes, and it doesn't cost any extra.

Q: What is the latest day you can accept orders?
A: To be safe, the latest date we could process your order is December 15th.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We can only accept payments online through PayPal and therefore cannot accept cheques.
