A LETTER FROM SANTA TERMS & CONDITIONS

The law states that a minor cannot enter into a contract. It is therefore unlawful for anyone under the age of 18 to enter into a contract with A Letter From Santa.

Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that our customers are transacting with us in a safe and secure environment, A Letter From Santa does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.

If we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner we will not enter into that transaction. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that A Letter From Santa does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.

A Letter From Santa reserves all rights to all intellectual property owned by it.

Returns Policy

Exchanges
A Letter From Santa has every confidence in the products that we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as a result of the colour or size or you are simply not happy with your choice, please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange.

Please return the goods to us unused and in original packaging. A Letter From Santa will not be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred on dispatch of exchange items.

Returns
While every effort is made that all goods dispatched are in perfect order, A Letter From Santa cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If damaged goods are received please contact us within 7 days and return the goods with labels and packaging. A Letter From Santa will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post. You will have the option of choosing between Regular Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post. Delivery will be made in Australia Post Satchels which allows us to track your delivery. Please see Shipping for rates.

Please allow between 2 and 5 working days for delivery within Australia.

If you wish your goods to be delivered sooner please contact us to arrange for a courier service. There will be an additional charge for this service.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier used to deliver those goods.

Orders

Out of Stock Items
If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product is being ordered by A Letter From Santa you may place your order on back order. Goods on Back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by A Letter From Santa.

Orders
A Letter From Santa offers secure online ordering using our user-friendly shopping cart system. When ordering online at www.aLetterFromSanta.com.au payment can be made by using PayPal (Visa and MasterCard).

A Letter From Santa uses Secure Sockets Layer which encrypts your personal information and password before they are transmitted via the web. This ensures that your personal information cannot be read by others or tampered with en route.
